You can make your  own body butter with only a few ingredients!Very moisturising ,it will leave your skin soo smooth trust me i've made it too ;) Great for elbows,knees,and heels!Also it smells very nice!

-----Μπορείτε με πολύ λίγα υλικά να φτιάξετε το δικό σας body butter!Πολύ ενυδατικό και θρεπτικό για το δέρμα θα απαλύνει τα σκληρά σημεία - αγκώνες,φτέρνες,γόνατα- και θα αφήσει ένα διακριτικό άρωμα πάνω σας!
----κάποιο λάδι ''φορέα'' δηλαδή ένα λάδι όπως το αμυγδαλέλαιο που είναι η βάση για να κάψετε τα αιθέρια έλαια.Alternately baby oil--- baby oil αν θέλετε..
3)essential oil of your choice(my fav is vanilla) ----αιθέριο έλαιο της επιλογής σας (έχω ξαναεκφράσει την αγάπη μου στη βανίλια)
4)some corn oil to add to the almond oi -because it's expensive to waste it fast-λίγο καλαμποκέλαιο για να αραιώσετε μέσα το baby oil(έτσι χρησιμοποιείτε λιγότερο απο το λάδι φορέα που είναι και πιο ακριβό..

PROCEDURE---ΔΙΑΔΙΚΑΣΙΑ
1)Melt the shea butter in a pot---Αρχίζετε θερμαίνοντας  το shea butter σε ένα κατσαρολάκι με τη μέθοδο μπεν μαρί ( κατσαρολάκι μέσα σε μεγαλύτερη κατσαρόλα με νερό)

2)Add the oil ''tranfer'' mixed with the corn oil----Προσθέτετε το λάδι φορέα ανακατεμμένο με λίγο καλαμποκέλαιο
3)Pour  some drops of he essential oil--- Ρίχνετε λίγες σταγόνες αιθέριο έλαιο


Keep it in the fridge---Μπορεί να διατηρηθεί στο ψυγείο ..

Lips that want a Kiss...

Lips are really important to our appearance..They make us look sexy,young,fresh and cute !
So,we have to take care of them and treat them nicely not only by wearing lipsticks,sometimes they harm lips,we have to hydrate them and exfoliate often so that they maintain soft .
After all,we all want to be kissed and get compliments on our ''baby like lips'' xaxa..
Here are 2 recipes one for lip exfoliation and another to make your own lip balm ..

a)Exfoliating:You will need

• ½ tsp. granulated sugar
• 1 drop honey

1. Combine sugar and honey in a small bowl.
2. Rub the blend onto your lips for 15 to 30 seconds using light, circular motions.
3. Gently wipe off with a warm washcloth.

b)Lip Balm : You will need

• 2 tsp. almond oil
• 1 tsp. honey
• 1 tsp. beeswax pellets
• 1 vitamin E capsule

1. Combine almond oil, honey, beeswax, and fluid from vitamin E capsule in double boiler or small pan. Stir over low heat until beeswax melts.
2. Pour into a small container and allow to cool.
3. When balm solidifies, rub onto lips as often as desired.

Μια συνταγή για μοναδική αίσθηση πολυτέλειας στο χώρο σας που μπορείτε και να μοιραστείτε με τον-την σύντροφό σας ...διαφορετικά και στο συνηθισμένο σας αφρόλουτρο...

You will need-----Θα χρειαστείτε ..

• 2bottles of champagne   -2 μπουκάλια σαμπάνια(μεταξύ μας την πιο φθηνή πάρτε)
• 1/2 cup honey        -----     -1/2 κούπα μέλι
• -1 tsp baby oil ----κ.γ baby oil
• 7 drops essential oil sandalwood--------------7 σταγόνες αιθέριο έλαιοσανδαλόξυλο 
• 5 drops  essential oil rose ---------------5 σταγόνες αιθέριο έλαιο τριαντάφυλλο
• optionally rose pedals-----   -προαιρετικά ροδοπέταλα

Add the baby oil and the oil to the honey and mix----Προσθέστε το baby oil και τα έλαιο στο μέλι και αναμείξτε
As you fill your tub with hot water pour the mix ------- Καθώς γεμίζετε με ζεστό νερό τη μπανιέρα σας ρίχτε το μείγμα

In the end  pour all the champagne-------- Στο τέλος αδειάστε και τη σαμπάνια.
