One of the most common questions I get asked is how I got started as a makeup artist. At the beginning of my career, I went to Vancouver Community College for the makeup artistry certificate program. Trend Alert - Ripped Denim

Ripped jeans are making a comeback! Ripped denim hasn't been big since the grunge days of the 1990's. But top models like Kate Moss and celebrities like Cameron Diaz and Victora Bekham have all been seen sporting this season's denim trend.

There are many ways to wear ripped denim: from jeans to skirts and shorts, holes, rips, and tears, stylish ripped skinnys , baggy boyfriend jeans, or a combo of ripped, bleached and distressed.

If you're thinking of pulling off this denim trend, pair it up with feminine tops, boyfriend blazers, and high heels for a look that’s both feminine and edgy.
