Under Eye Circles

One of the most common questions I get asked about is "How to cover Under Eye circles?"
Under eye circles are very common. They can make you look tired and worn out so covering them is an important part of your makeup look.
The best way to cover under eye circles is with Concealer. Concealer is thicker than foundation so provides more coverage. A good concealer will have hints of orange in it to offset the blueish tone that's commonly found by the skin under the eyes.
Concealer is the main product to use but if you really want full coverage under your eyes, there are a few extra steps to take.

1. Eye cream - use an eye cream under your eye to prep the eye area. Look for one that reduces fine lines and puffiness.

2. Foundation - when you apply your foundation application on your face, also brush a slight bit foundation under your eyes.

3. Concealer - Use a medium to full coverage concealer, starting from your inner corner and blend out. Look for a concealer that is creamy and easy to blend.

4. Powder - lightly apply powder under your eyes to set in the concealer.

Follow these steps and your under eye circles will disappear!

Some of my favorite Concealers:

Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage

Makeup Forever Lift Concealer

Benefit Bo-ing Concealer
